Booked the family room, the size is ok but a little bit squeezy with 2 luggage and a stroller. The family room came with 1 shower room, and another with toilet bowl + bathtub, which is good for family members. Lifts requires access card to reach to the guest floor, which will be good as their reception is at the top level. Requested for 1 hour late check out due to late flight and was given. Wifi is good and stable.

Have a warm and pleasant stay @ S3 Siam hotel. Premises are nice and clean. Convenient location as well with walking distance to MBK and lots of shopping malls are just around the concern. Great for those family with kids. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. At times, they will even went an extra mile to assist us whenever we are in need of their assistance. There was an occasion, when we reach the hotel too late after a day of tour. The dining time have already passed. However, the incharge of that day was still willing to try his best to slot in our last min request. He even offer to personally delivered the food up to our room without much delay. The great service from him has really made our day. :)

Super nice hôtel, just open in December 2022 so everything is new, that's great. No many clients because of that, so it's calme and very peaceful The rooms was very confortable The pool at the top of the building is cool, you can swim easily The breakfast is great, its a buffet you can eat all what you want, 5 min walk from the metro

Great location, turn left 3 minute walk to access water taxi, turn right and walk 8 minutes to BTS sky-train station. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was open early until late and had good variety at fair prices (you could include breakfast in the room rate if desired). Rooms were well decorated, very comfortable bed and the room featured a large well equipped bathroom with plentiful toiletries. Cleaning staff were on-point and you could choose a cleaning slot to suit. A laundry service was available at very reasonable rates so turn in your washing today and collect it at reception the next day! Nearby are well known convenience stores, fast food places and a large supermarket about a 15 minute walk away.

We recently had a wonderful stay at S3 Siam Hotel in Bangkok. The price was exceptionally good, making it a fantastic value without compromising on comfort. Every morning, we enjoyed a hearty breakfast with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to kick-start my day. What truly made my visit memorable was the exceptional staff—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s convenient location also made it easy to explore Bangkok. I wholeheartedly recommend S3 Siam Hotel for anyone looking for great value, quality amenities, and outstanding service.

Lovely, new hotel. Cosy room, netflix/youtube tv, comfortable big bed. The breakfast, with a great view, is very good. I had a wonderful, relaxing 2 days. Thanks.

The room was either new or freshly renovated. It was spotlessly clean. Small but there was ample space to walk around the bed. They also have a desk which unfortunately was the only spot I could put my luggage so I could access my clothes. The restaurant was nice and receptionists were friendly enough. In a very quiet area close to a main road (traffic was not audible from the hotel)

The staff were all very friendly and helpful specially Sask? He gave us tips on where and how to reach interesting tourist attractions. They even arranged our taxi when we did our whole day sightseeing to the floating market, Mekong market/railway and to the Grand palace. The location of this hotel is perfect (5 stars), very near to many nice places and not expensive compared to the hotels nearby. Breakfast is good. Hotel is quite new so everything is fresh and clean. Bed is comfortable. The rooftop pool has amazing view and it is clean and well managed. I can highly recommend this hotel and we will stay again here when we come back to Bangkok.
